The Republican who has long served as Iowa’s top economic-development leader Tuesday urged Carroll to move forward with a full modernization of the Recreation Center, a raging local issue.
Debi Durham, executive director of the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Iowa Finance Authority, stressed the link between quality-of-life enhancements and business-and-employment growth in Iowa during a presentation to Carroll County leaders Tuesday at the Carrollton Centre.
