Carroll Broadcasting Company in Carroll, IA is looking for an Afternoon Announcer with Assistant News Director responsibilities. Assistant News Director is responsible for gathering news, conducting interviewing along with on-air newscasts reporting local news on all three stations. You would be responsible for developing a good working relationship with area contact sources and creating social media news/sports content as well. Also an interest in current events and issues is strongly encouraged. This is an exceptional opportunity for beginning announcers looking to gain experience in news or on-air reporting.
