Customer Experience Specialist-Temporary

Responsibilities
Phone Handling: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service. Walk-in Traffic: Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Basic Transactions: Key in simple financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval. Order and Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials. Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments. Mail/Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates.
Qualifications
Previous office experience preferred. Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
