Responsibilities

Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress Responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances Responsible for referring clients to specialists as necessary Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients Serve as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations Assist with insurance processes and client account collections Change method and degree of therapy when indicated by client reactions and needs Conduct trainings as needed virtually or in person Assisting clients into the relaxation rooms Perform other duties as assigned
