Responsibilities

Utilize their unique skills and treatment modalities to meet the needs of the individual requesting services Work with individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, ADHD, Bereavement, Anxiety Issues, Phobias, and other persistent mental health issues Responsible for initial assessment, diagnostic summary, treatment plan, progress notes, discharge summary and referral for other services Complete reports to the court upon request and testify in court when subpoenaed Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs Assisting clients into the relaxation rooms (biomat, halo therapy and sessions) Help maintain the office area by organizing, cleaning, and ensuring it is a welcoming environment for everyone Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and processes Conduct trainings as needed virtually or in person regarding teamwork, communication and getting along with others Assist with insurance processes and client account collections Assist in development of marketing approaches and planned program events Other duties as assigned
