Q1. Why do you believe in Carroll County Growth Partnership?
Our region is unique. Being located outside the immediate reach of large municipalities and commerce centers, we are positioned to be a regional leader while offering the benefits of smaller communities. The Carroll County Growth Partnership is comprised of leaders and business owners who intimately understand how to prosper within this marketplace. Collectively, the partnerhsip provides a diverse group of thought leaders that align to move Carroll County forward.
Q2. Why did you want to serve on the Board of Directors for CCGP?
With my career in engineering, I work with communities of all sizes and states of health. It goes without saying, communities that have strong business, housing, supply, and progressive leaders rise to the top. I believe my background has provided me the opportunity to see what works best for communities and hope to help implement them within Carroll County.
Q3. Why do you love to live and work in Carroll County?
My wife and I moved to Carroll in 2013 for her to pursue a career opportunity. We were atrracted to Carroll as we both grew up in small-town Iowa and loved the idea of a tight knit community with big city amenities. Since moving to Carroll, we've started a family, opened a business, and developed many lifelong friendships. Through the Carroll County Growth Partnerhsip, I hope to give back to the community that has given us so much.
