Q1. Why do you believe in Carroll County Growth Partnership? 

CCGP is the foundation of our community’s strength and core beliefs. CCGP sets the culture and brand we want our community to be known for and uphold. The members on the board offer their time and talents while working in synergy as one to continue growing and strengthening Carroll and Carroll County.

Q2. Why did you want to serve on the Board of Directors for CCGP?

I feel it is important for all individuals to give back to their community. Where you call home is a special place for you and your family. Just like with anything else in life that you value, you need to work on growing and nurturing your beliefs to maintain a healthy and safe environment.  Part of having a happy and healthy life is giving back your expertise, talents, and gifts to your community.

Q3. Why do you love to live and work in Carroll County?

I have had the pleasure of growing up and living in many communities across Iowa over the years. Regardless where I lived, Carroll has always felt like home. My mother grew up on century farm just west of Carroll and my wife was born and raised in Carroll. Our family and the values that I grew up with have always been here. It is truly meaningful for me knowing my children our sixth generation living in Carroll and learning the work ethic, principles, and morals from this great community. We have so much to offer with our schools, recreation, health care, and industrial / retail businesses while maintaining the our identity as a small town.
