Q1. Why do you believe in the Carroll Area Development Corporation?
The CADC, from what I have experienced and seen from this organization, has made a difference in helping to better the Carroll area community and the county. From my own experience working for American Home Shield, the CADC had an impact with traffic control on Highway 30 with the busy intersection near American Home Shield, Farner-Bocken & Pella. This has helped with the safety of our all our employees. Improvements to internet connections and reliability done several years ago with the help of has made a difference for American Home Shield with our need to have reliable & redundant internet service. CADC wants to help local business grow and stay in the community.

By working for one of the major employers in the Carroll County community, I feel it is my responsibility to give back to the community any way I can to keep the Carroll area moving forward.
Q3. Why do you love to live and work in Carroll County?
I have lived in Carroll County for the majority of my life and have worked for AHS for 33 years. For me some of the best things about living in Carroll County are the people I work with every day and interact with in the community. I also find the local government, Chamber of Commerce, and CADC very supportive of businesses through their programs and assistance. Carroll is a great, safe community to raise a family and have a successful business. The two strong school systems add to the community strength.
