The Iowa Communications Network is a state agency that administers a statewide fiber optics network. The capacity of the Network enables authorized users to communicate via high quality, full-motion video; high-speed Internet connections; and telephones. Each day across the state, the ICN is being used in a variety of ways by a variety of Iowans.

Carroll County has six ICN sites including DMACC Carroll Campus, National Guard Armory in Carroll, and high schools in Carroll, Manning and Coon Rapids.
