Highway
Carroll County is intersected in Carroll by U.S. Highways 71 and 30, each having been greatly improved in the last five years. This provides easy access to Iowa's Interstate 29, 35 and 80.

Rail
Union Pacific Railroad operates a mainline dual track through Carroll County. Industrial sites with ready access to rail are available in the SW Business Park, Carroll.

Air Service
Arthur N. Neu Airport serves the Carroll area and is owned by the City of Carroll. The airport has a 5,500 ft. concrete runway. The facility is at an elevation of 1204 feet and is 4 miles from Carroll. Charter service is also available from Carroll Aviation.
